Seminar with Sensei Gerry McCarthy

On Saturday, 20th June, Zanshin Karate Midlands will host a seminar with Sensei Gerry McCarthy 4th dan Shotokan in our Kinnegad dojo. The seminar will run from 2-3 pm for colour belts and will focus on kata Heian Sandan. The session from 3-4.30 pm will be for purple belts up and will focus on the practice and applications from Jion kata.
Sensei McCarthy is a vastly experienced instructor who has trained in many martial arts besides Shotokan.  He ias known for his technical approach to Karate, so this is a seminar not to be missed!
