Kinnegad Back Training!

Zanshin Karate Midlands Kinnegad resume training on Monday 3rd December in Coralstown/Kinnegad GAA centre. Junior class 7-8 pm,senior class 8-9.30 pm. Senseis Liam,Proinsias,Peter and Louise look forward to seeing you all again!

Last Class of Summer

Hi all....last class of summer on Monday, July 2nd. Class for ALL students between 7.00-8.15 pm. This is an end of year demonstration of skills and all parents are welcome. We resume classes on Monday 3 September. Thanks for all your help and support this year! Senseis Liam and Proinsias.

Tournament training

Training willl take place tonight (4th June) in Kinnegad for those wishing to take part in the tournament on 10th June. The tournament will begin at 10AM. Cost will be €10 for kata €10 for kumite or €15 for both. Gumshield MUST be worn for kumite. Training tonigh for EVERYONE will take place between 7.00-8.00. There will be NO class tonight between 8.00 and 9.30

Training over Easter

Hi everyone...we WILL be training in Kinnegad this Monday 26 March. There will be NO training on Easter Monday. Training will resume as usual after Easter.

Zanshin Kinnegad will NOT be training on Monday 19th March. We will resume training the following week.
