Zanshin Karate Kinnegad have a squad of 12 heading to this competition! Please note the following points:
1. Competition starts at 10.00 AM. We will be leaving from Kinnegad GAA centre at 8.15 AM. Competition should finish at 5.30 PM. All competitors must wear white karate suit-belts not necessary. All fighters MUST bring a gumshield or you won't be allowed to fight
2. Competitors are expected to make their own way up to Citywest Hotel complex. If you really can't come up,talk to Liam or Proinsias on Monday
3. Fees MUST be paid on Monday. €10 for 1 event, €25 for 2 events
4. Entries are now closed-we can't accept any late entries.
5. Coaches on the day are Sensei Liam Darcy and Sempai Peter Govan.

Kinnegad on a Break
Zanshin karate Kinnegad are on a break until Monday 20 June. We'll be training through Julyvso enjoy time off! On a serious note,if you haven't paid registration yet,you can't train until you pay. This applies to all students,seniors,juniors,old and new.

Registration now due
Kinnegad club registration MUST be paid by Monday 6 June. After this date,unregistered members will not under any circumstances be allowed to train in the club as they will not be insured. Registraion fees are:
1child/teenager €15
2 children/teenagers €30
3 children/teenagers €40
Adult member €25.

Grading in Kinnegad
On Sunday,March 20th,Zanshin Karate-do Midlands are holding a grading in Kinnegad GAA centre beginning at 12.00 and ending at 3.00 PM. Cost €15 children and teens,€25 adults. All grading candidates MUST have a karate-gi (suit). Please try to be at the venue 15 minutes before grading begins. Contact Liam or Proinsias for further information.

Christmas Demo in Kinnegad
On Monday 14 December,Zanshin Kinnegad will hold their last class of the year. Students from junior and senior classes will demonstrate kihon,kata,kumite and self-defence applications. All parents are welcome. Demo will begin at 7. Watch out for the annual Students vs Instructors Selection Box kumite challenge. This year, senseis Liam and Proinsias intend to win....!
