Well Done Kinnegad!

Congratulations to the aquad from Zanshin Kinnegad who performed excellently at our annual Open Tournament in Portarlington on the 15th of October! We won a few medals(always good!) but as ever what we were most proud of was our students' spirit and etiquette. Senseis Liam and Proinsias are VERY proud! Congratulations to Senseos Paul and Keith on another well-run event! Thanks to all who officiated and helped out,especially Sensei Liam for all his coaching and Sempai Peter Govan who was a table official on the day! No training on Monday 31st October...Hallowe'en!

Zanshin Tournament

On Saturday 15th October,Zanshin Karate-do Midlands are holding our annual open tournament in Portarlington Community Centre,Portarlington Co. Laois starting at 9.15 AM. Kinnegad Back Training

Zanshin Kinnegad dojo resume training on Monday 29th August in Kinnegad GAA centre from 7.00-8.00pm (juniors) and 8.00-9.30 pm (seniors). We're working towards a grading and towards a tournament on 15th October,so try to be there!  Hope everyone had a nice break!

Zanshin Tournament

You can enter in Kata,Kumite or Team Kata from beginner to black belt,from under 8 to veterans! All entries MUST be submitted by Saturday, 8th October.
