Zanshin Karate-Do was founded in 2008 by black belts Gerard Walsh, Liam Darcy, Keith Walsh and Proinsias Ó Fearghail. We train in traditional Shotokan Karate and also teach weapons skills and kata bunkai to advanced students. To contact us ring 086-8341561 or email pofearghail68@gmail.com.
Zanshin Karate Kinnegad resume training on Monday 7 January in Coralstown-Kinnegad GAA centre. Registration fees due by 4th February:€15 for a child €25 for an adult. This is to cover club insurance. Hope to see you all back!
