We meet at Kinnegad GAA centre at 8.15 AM. Please bring mouthguard,packed lunch and a drink. Cost is €10 for sparring,€10 for kata or €20 for both. Please note that this is a pre registered event. Those students who have said they are going have been informed by text. NO entries will be accepted after Nov 1. Please contact Proinsias at 0868341561 if you are going and have not told us.
