Zanshin Karate-Do was founded in 2008 by black belts Gerard Walsh, Liam Darcy, Keith Walsh and Proinsias Ó Fearghail. We train in traditional Shotokan Karate and also teach weapons skills and kata bunkai to advanced students. To contact us ring 086-8341561 or email pofearghail68@gmail.com.
Zanshin Karate Kinnegad registration is now due for renewal. The cost is €15 per member and goes to pay the club insurance. Please pay Liam or Proinsias before the end of May.
There will be no training next Mobday (May bank holiday).
